Brandi + David wanted to go on an adventure for their engagement session. Which is perfect for them, since they spend a lot of time together in the mountains! I’ve known Brandi for years, she has practically watched my little guy grow up. I’m so thrilled for their wedding, they are doing a destination wedding and I can not wait to be there for their special day!

We went around Lake Minnewanka in Banff for their session. It was the most perfect fall day. This lake is always quite busy, but thankfully it wasn’t too bad considering! My heart is always happiest in the mountains, and I am so glad they asked me to capture their engagement there!

The W family just moved to the area and wanted to commemorate the moment with a family mini session down at Three Mile Bend. The weather had been questionable through the day, but thankfully held out for us!

Red Deer has some stunning scenery, but this little bend at the Red Deer River happens to be one of my favourites.

Grace and I happen to work together, and she’s always been so supportive of my photography journey. She is the sweetest, most hard working woman and is an amazing momma to her two little boys, and incredible wife to her husband. She’s one of those people who has this lovely vibe around them, and has a great sense of humour. I’ve photographed Grace’s family twice now, and I can’t wait to have them in front of my camera again!

They chose McKenzie trails for their session, the colours were just perfect for their fall family photos. Red Deer definitely has no shortage of beautiful spots, but something about this year keeps people picking this place and I am loving it!
